After a weekend of fun at Conrad's Haven in Pansol, Laguna, our group proceeded to Calamba to visit the Rizal Shrine.

It was an interesting journey to the past.
One thing that really caught my attention was this inscription for Dr. Rizal's beloved mother Teodora Alonso.
This timely insight is pertinent to what is happening and upcoming in our country today - ELECTION 2013.
The advocacy of Senatorial Candidate Cynthia Villar of the Villar Foundation Inc. pertaining to "livelihood projects out of waste" is a great example of Filipino ingenuity and entrepreneurship. "Misis Hanep Buhay" wants to expand their reach and provide job opportunities especially to women all over the country.
